In the unlikely event that any individual food items are damaged during delivery, we will offer a credit or a replacement for these specific items. Soupergirl reserves the right to request proof of damage via photograph. Because most of our products require refrigeration, Soupergirl is not responsible if you do not refrigerate your food immediately upon delivery..
Soupergirl shall have no obligation to issue a refund or offer a replacement for any delivery that records indicate was made to the listed address on your order. Soupergirl is not responsible for typos or mistakes made during the checkout process which may result in delivery issues. .
For orders to be shipped via UPS, Soupergirl will provide tracking numbers when the order ships. All orders are shipped to arrive within 2 days, and the soups are packaged to arrive safely within a 3-day window. If the soups arrive within the 3-day window and/or the temperature indicator is still green / yellow, Soupergirl will not provide any credit or refund. Inclement weather may prevent UPS from completing deliveries on schedule. In the case of inclement weather that may impact the delivery schedule, Soupergirl will offer customers the opportunity to change their scheduled delivery date. If a customer chooses not to change the date, Soupergirl shall have no obligation to issue a refund or offer a replacement.
For orders to be delivered via courier, you will receive a notification with your delivery window one day prior to your scheduled delivery. Our drivers will also reach out via phone, text, or email to let you know that your order has arrived.
While Soupergirl does not offer any refunds, we are happy to offer future credits. A credit can be applied toward a future purchase from our website. Your credit will be the exact amount you were charged and can be applied towards any future order at Soupergirl. Credits must be used within a year from the original purchase.
In the event that we need to make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the customer via e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
