How do I prepare a hot soup?

Soup can be emptied into a pot and warmed on the stove. Or – heat the soup directly in the container. Be sure to remove the lid and film before heating. Heat on medium for two minutes, stir, and heat for another minute. Specific instructions are also printed on each container.
