Are you certified organic?

Many of our ingredients are organic, but we are not a certified organic company. Many of the farms from whom we source practice organic and sustainable farming methods but cannot afford the organic certification process. Our relationship with these family farms is very important to us. We try to be incredibly careful about our sourcing, but cannot commit to being fully organic.
