Packaging of all ingredients is checked for the presence of allergens and is labelled as containing an allergen. Ingredients containing allergens are stored separately from those not containing allergens.
All equipment, utensils, and work areas are completely cleaned and sanitized after the processing of any and all products, regardless of whether or not allergens are present.
Allergen swabs are taken and confirmed after cleaning equipment that produced products containing allergens to verify that allergens have been eliminated. This is done after each allergen production.
