When will my order arrive?

We ship and deliver all orders on each Wednesday. The deadline for shipping/delivery every week is Monday at 9 AM ET.

• All orders placed before Monday at 9 AM ET, will be sent the Wednesday of that week.
• All orders placed after Monday at 9 AM ET, will be sent the Wednesday of the following week. 

For Souper-courier delivery, you will receive your order on Wednesday.

For UPS delivery, you will receive a tracking number after you order. We ship all packages to arrive within 2 days of shipping. The FreshTag on your order, will let you know that it arrived safe to eat!
